I was born and grew up in Unna, in the eastern Ruhr area. I attended medical school at the RWTH Aachen. During my practical year, I worked at the Children's Hospital in Basel, Switzerland (UKBB), amongst others. From 2009 to 2017, I worked at the University Children's Hospital Aachen. I also got married and have two children of my own.
From 2017 to 2020 I worked at a paediatric practice in Würselen, near Aachen. I am excited about taking care of the children and youths in Aachen.

I was born in Rheinberg and studied in Düsseldorf. I completed my practical year in Aachen and Switzerland. My PhD focused on immunology. After a research break in NYC, I finished my specialization in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in 2013. Since 2017, I've been a neonatologist and since 2019, a sports medicine specialist. Most recently, I served as a senior physician in Stolberg. I'm a mother of two boys and an avid triathlete.
I volunteer with the Sports Physicians Association of North Rhine.
